Uponsatisfaction with terms by both sides, the buyer will pay for taxes, insurance
and freight.

The buyerwill make down payment 10% the after Assy report from the refinery, it also
negotiable,

Our companygive gold equivalent quantity to money as a guarantee (as collateral).

Seller andbuyer will travel together to buyers’ destination for final analysis and
payment.

Contract

Liability

The payment guarantee (SBLC/760) will be used as payment for the gold transported to the buyer's country if the buyer fails to remit full payment within 3 business banking days of shipment. ​

The payment guarantee time frame is one year and one day and will stay in place for the full contract term. ​

Payment Terms
Payment guarantee (SBLC/760) must be issued by the buyer from a top-rated bank. ​

Buyers must post payment guarantee within five (5) working days after signing the SPA.

• Performance Bond
  
• Seller's bank issues a 2% Performance Bond to the buyer’s nominal bank value of SBLC within 72 hours after receiving the RWA via SWIFT MT799.
• Full payment for each assayed shipment must be wired to the seller's nominated bank account within 72 business hours after assay report is presented. ​
• Payment for each delivery of gold bar monthly is SWIFT based upon the final assay report at buyer refinery via MT 103 wire transfer to seller bank. ​
• If payment is not received within 72 hours, the payment guarantee funds will be released to the seller after 5 days. ​
  
• Delivery Protocol
  
• Seller covers all costs for shipment exportation and escorts delivery to the buyer’s airport. ​
• Buyer is responsible for importation customs clearances and insured armored shipment
  
• movement to the refinery. ​
  
• Minimum delivery quantity is (500kg) ​
  
• Title Transfer
  
• Once the funds transfer is completed with evidence of MT 103 receipt, the seller will complete full title transfer. ​
• The buyer will have complete physical possession of the gold bars. ​
